Personal Training

One-hour one-on-one personal training sessions with me. Training sessions can take place in West Asheville/Candler at Movement For Life Physical Therapy, South Asheville at NC Open Gym, or in your home. These sessions can consist of custom programming catered to your goals, kettlebell training, Original Strength training, or a combination of all of these.

Semi-private Personal Training

Interested in training with a friend or a loved one? Reach out to discuss rates and scheduling. 

Slackline Yoga Private Sessions

Interested in improving your balance in a fun, and unique practice? I am a certified YogaSlackers teacher and can safely teach you basic, intermediate, and advanced slackline skills. No prior experience required!

Remote Personal Training

I offer both real time video coaching sessions as well as exercise programming to help you reach your fitness goals at your gym or home.
