How did I wind up becoming a personal trainer? Well, I grew up playing team sports, followed by cycling, running, and rock climbing in my 20s. I thought that just "playing my sport" was enough to make me strong enough, but injuries kept happening, due to strength imbalances from a lack of cross-training. Initially, I found yoga, and event

How did I wind up becoming a personal trainer? Well, I grew up playing team sports, followed by cycling, running, and rock climbing in my 20s. I thought that just "playing my sport" was enough to make me strong enough, but injuries kept happening, due to strength imbalances from a lack of cross-training. Initially, I found yoga, and eventually strength training. Building muscle has not only helped me become stronger and more injury-proof, but also found greater confidence and self-efficacy.   These days, I offer personal training and movement coaching to help you achieve the same things, through use of kettlebells, Original Strength movements, and sport/activity-specific training. Let's get to it!
