I grew up playing team sports, followed by cycling, running, and rock climbing in my 20s. Injuries from overuse and strength imbalances led me first to yoga, followed by strength training, and now personal training and physical therapy.
It is never too late to begin improving your fitness and quality of life. Gaining strength can have profound effects on your posture, pain management, and activities of daily living.
