Original Strength

What is it?

Original Strength is a marvelous movement practice, developed by my friend, Tim Anderson, that allows us to regain access to our inherent youthful mobility, balance, strength, and vitality, by using deep, diaphragmatic breathing and developmental movement patterns to help us Press Reset.


As an Original Strength Certified Professional, I can help you explore movement with curiousity. As long as you can breathe and move your eyes, the OS system has something to offer you! The benefits of the OS practice can range from increasing pain-free range of motion, improving balance and coordination, to increasing athletic performance.
